Review: NARSissist Matte/Shimmer Eyeshadow Palette

Even though this is a Limited Edition palette, its been on sale for quite a while, so it might be staying for good. I got the NARSissist Matte/Shimmer Eyeshadow Palette from Space NK late last year, and on the whole, I am pleased with it.

Each colour is very pigmented and blends well, I just find most of the colours to be quite strong for my pale skin. I find I am only able to use a couple of the colours in the day, and if I venture into using the 4 colours on the right hand side, it looks really dramatic. And I'd prefer it if there was a paler shimmery shade to use on the inner corner on brow bone.

I don't regret getting this, but I don't get as much use out of it as I thought I would. I think I might put it away until the winter party season, as I think I can get away with darker eye makeup then.

One big bonus is that it comes with a mini 'Night Clubbing' black eyeliner, which again is really pigmented, and has a twisty bottom so you don't have to use a sharpener!
